Shipping Policy
When Orders Ship

Product pages show the stock status. In-stock items ship within 48 hours.
Out-of-Stock Items
Section titled “Out-of-Stock Items”If any item on the order is out of stock, we hold the entire order until it can ship in full. Contact [email protected] for other arrangements.
Shipping Origin
Section titled “Shipping Origin”All orders, online and by purchase order, ship from our office in San Francisco, California, USA.
Shipping Methods and Cost
Section titled “Shipping Methods and Cost”Shipping options and costs depend on the shipping address. Add an item to the cart, click Proceed to Checkout and enter the shipping address to see them.
No-Shipping Days
Section titled “No-Shipping Days”We do not ship on these US holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
Duties and Taxes Outside the USA

Section titled “Order Confirmation and Tracking”An order confirmation email is sent when the order is placed. To change an order, contact us as soon as possible. When the order ships, a second email follows with tracking information. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to appear.
